Scott Moore C.P., P.T.A.
Working in physical therapy and prosthetics for nearly 12 years, Scott Moore joined Bulow OPS in 2007 to operate the company’s Clarksville, Tennessee office. His passion for treating prosthetic patients began early in his career.
Moore first began working in the industry as a physical therapy assistant at Gateway Health Systems in Clarksville, Tennessee, after earning his associate’s degree from Community College of Allegheny in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While at Gateway Health Systems, Moore specialized in treating patients with amputations. In addition to his tenure at Gateway Health Systems, he also worked part-time as a prosthetic technician with Hanger Orthotics & Prosthetics.
In 1995, Moore earned his bachelor’s degree in biology at Geneva College in Pennsylvania. He decided in August 2001 to earn his prosthetic certificate from the University of Connecticut. For the next two years, Moore fulfilled his prosthetic residency at Restorative Health Services in Nashville, Tennessee and Hanger Orthotics & Prosthetics in Atlanta, Georgia.
In 2004, Moore returned to Clarksville to serve as a certified prosthetist, certified orthotic fitter and facility director for Capstone Prosthetics and Orthotics, a Benchmark Medical facility.
He and his wife, Sara, live in Nolensville, Tennessee, with their three boys, Garrett, Carter and Grant.
