Herman Green, a Certified Technician and a Certified Prosthetic Assistant, has worked for Bulow Orthotic & Prosthetic Solutions for five years, although he’s been in the industry for the past 24 years.
He wears two hats around the clinic—as the Lab Manager and Manager of Purchasing & Inventory. Herman feels his positions complement one another, and he is very content with the roles he plays.
Three words that Herman thinks describe him best include humble, committed and reliable. His top three life highlights include becoming a Christian, marrying his wife Toni and establishing a family with her that includes three sons and two daughters, and serving his country in the U.S. Navy.
A couple things people may not know about Herman—he is a very shy person, and is scared of snakes!
What he loves best about being at Bulow OPS is having the opportunity to be exposed to, learn more about and to work in the orthotics and prosthetics industry. He finds this field to be very rewarding,
“I feel privileged to work in a field that changes lives every day,” he said. “It is a beautiful thing when you can encourage and restore hope in an individual. Seeing the smile, tears, and happiness of a patient is priceless and it encourages me as an individual at the same time.”
