“Be patient and stay positive, take things one day at a time and do not be too proud to ask for help.”
His advice to other amputees is that no matter how hard a situation is or how bad a day looks, to always be positive and try your best.
Josh advises new amputees to get up and get moving immediately, and to not let themselves “get into a pity party for yourself.”
